LeaseUp is an initiative of PATH Los Angeles, one of the largest homeless service providers in California, which provides employment training and job search assistance, outreach to homeless people on transit, homeless prevention, housing navigation, interim and rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing.
Backed by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), LeaseUp partners with service providers and property owners, developers, and managers in order to quickly fill vacancies and help those at risk of homelessness find and maintain housing.
Since launching in 2018, it has served more than 5,300 property owners, service providers, and tenants countywide.
